Most basic of all is a reasonably quick valuation done over the telephone for which, generally, we do not seek to charge.
For a small charge, we can offer a short, standard letter detailing in general terms, current prices of goodwill which apply to most practices. This is particularly useful if you are incorporating your practice and need confirmation you have sought and ascertained the appropriate price for your goodwill.
A detailed written valuation of your goodwill and practice which will deal with all relevant issues within your firm that would effect its price and stability. We are often able to highlight those areas which, if improved upon, could increase the price of your practice. Charges for this service are dependent upon complexity. Please contact us for a quote.
Valuation for an Internal Buy-In
For vendors selling to an internal buyer, i.e. a salaried partner(s) or manager(s), we can provide a full valuation as in 3. above together with a range of suggestions and recommendations as to the method used to buy-in and the concomitant payment terms. It is often possible to sell at full external market rates whilst making the deal affordable to the individual(s) buying-in.
