When we initiate and source a sale/merger our consultancy services are provided ex gratia in the negotiations and are regarded as part of our contingency fee if the deal goes ahead.
If, however, you are currently negotiating your own deal we are happy to provide the same consultancy service to you – charging on an hourly basis or at a fixed fee agreed in advance.
