The Company

The Company

Vivian Sram opened for business in 1988. Since then the company has been involved in hundreds of successful sales and mergers covering the whole gamut from blocks of fees of £50,000 up to firms with turnovers of £10,000,000+. We like to think these deals have been successful because it is our company ethic to help strike a fair and equitable deal for both the vendor and the acquirer and, in the case of a merger, all of the parties involved. Our experience of a diverse and wide-ranging portfolio of deals enables us to broker technical issues arising during negotiations; providing straightforward answers and rational solutions to help smooth your path towards a satisfactory deal.

Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has worked for the company since 1993 and has been a director since 1997. He is an experienced broker in the sale and merger of accountancy practices and throughout your deal he is available to provide practical, no nonsense, advice and assistance to help it progress as smoothly as possible towards a satisfactory conclusion.

He also leads the firm in terms of expert witness work relating to both litigation and arbitration. Over the years he has been involved in providing expert witness reports for both solicitors and accountancy firms/partners. His experience extends to oral examination in the High Court.

"I found Mr Smith particularly helpful because of his practical experience in brokering the sale of accountancy practices."
